Being on both the Cap Metro board and the Mobility Committee will give me better insight in all of our transportation challenges, a policy a...

Re: Tiny Homes & RVs, plus some suggestions
CM Pool, Thanks to you and your staff for all the hard work on this important item. I agree with the approach on RVs - excluding them but inlcuding tiny homes that meet International Residential Code standards. With regard to your other suggestions, I need to learn more about the impact of both but ...

I also want to thank CM Velasquez for pulling the item. I understand how we're going to use the downtown caps; there are multiple examples of cities successfully burying and capping highways and turning those caps into community assets. However, I want to better understand how we are planning to use...

Re: HOME initiative, July 20, item 126
Thank you, Council Member Pool, for sponsoring the HOME Initiative. I am very excited to be a cosponsor and look forward to voting for this item on Thursday! Our median home price is now $609,500, up from $371,250 just 5 years ago. This is not sustainable. We must create lower priced home options fo...

CM Alter,
My compatibility item makes citywide changes to compatibility not conditioned on any affordability bonus. I just posted on the message board explaining my rationale and look forward to discussing this tomorrow.

CM Qadri, Thank you for bringing this excellent item! I would like to be added as a co-sponsor. As we see more and more people walk, bike, rideshare, telecommute and use transit, we simply do not need the amount of parking that our antiquated code requires us to build. And requiring so much parking ...
